Ruby armor

Adds a set of Ruby armor, that is made of original Hytale's Rubies, silver, gold and heavy leather. Good choice for magician, because it adds mana and mostly defends against projectiles. Is creating in armory workbench level 3.

What's new

Updated to Hytale's version 0.6 (congratulations to our community!);

Added fire damage enhancement and fire knockback resistance for these pieces of armor;

I know about strange text in theirs descriptions (client.itemTooltip.damageEnhancementCause.increase.fire), I have tried to fix it, but I couldn't for a while;

Also I am aware of incorrect gauntlet's display, so I reported this bug to Hytale's developers (it affects other gauntlets, too).
