RubbleWorks

4/11 Update. RubbleWorks turns structural support into gameplay. Break the last support holding something up, and the unsupported section collapses. Hostile Mobs will also target structural weak points.

Supported Versions

  • Early Access
  • Added hostile NPC weak-point sabotage, so mobs can target exposed structural supports near players instead of only relying on direct support destruction events.
  • Added live runtime config generation plus /rw reload and /rw status for much faster AI tuning and testing.
  • Added configurable support-size filtering with weakPointAiMaxSupportSpan, so smaller supports can be targeted while larger bases are ignored.
  • Added multi-strike breaking for melee and explosive sabotage, making support attacks feel deliberate instead of instant.
  • Improved target commitment so mobs stick to a partially damaged support instead of constantly retargeting away mid break.
  • Improved saboteur behavior by restoring sabotage movement when native combat pathing overrides it.
  • Shipped a tuned baseline for the weak-point AI, including attackRange=1, maxTargetingUpdatesPerTick=24, maxSupportSpan=2, and the current melee/explosive strike defaults. This behaves in a somewhat good baseline while I configure and tweak.
