Rubble to Cobble

Allows the user to create the Mason's Bench, which can be used to transform Rubble into their Cobble block equivalents. 

A cobble block costs 2 of 1 type of rubble to create. (2 Aqua Rubble = 1 Aqua Cobble).

Rubble Available to be changed = Aqua, Basalt, Calcite, Marble, Quartzite, Sandstone, Red Sandstone, White Sandstone, Shale, Slate, Mossy, Regular Stone, Volcanic, and Ice.

Additionally, you can put any stone variantion of a block into the salvager to get 1 Rubble of the corresponding type (example- Putting in an Aqua brick beam will give 1 Aqua Rubble)

I do not plan to increase the amount of rubble/cobblestone earned in order to prevent duping of cobble/rubble.
