1.9.9 hotfix changelog - 

-removed memories from wizard npcs. (Should prevent crashes regarding memoreis, double checking this now) Edit/update: couldn't replicate crash with version 1.9.8 but memories are completely removed and there shouldn't be any issues now. 

-NPCs now spawn across zone 1 surface again, as intended.
