Multi Water Bucket Improvements

• Added CTRL (crouch) behavior split:

  • Crouched (CTRL) - Removes water from the world and stores it in the bucket.

  • Not crouched - Places water normally.

• Implemented progressive refill system:

  • If the bucket has more than 0 water, each collected block adds +1 (no instant full refill).

  • If the bucket reaches 0 water, the next collected block refills it to full capacity.

• Fixed Missing Interaction error when bucket is empty:

  • When at 0 water, the player can now collect water without crouching.

  • Crouching still works as an alternative input.

• Fixed logic where water pickup could reset to full incorrectly above zero.

• Prevented conflicting add/remove behavior on the same block.

• Maintained current working logic and balance - no changes to visuals, assets, mod name, version naming scheme, or manifest.
