Repair Penalty Fix

Updates the existing repair kit as it is to remove the 10% repair penalty.

This does not alter the vanilla recipe, the repair kit will operate the same as the vanilla repair kit.

To install:

Singleplayer:

• Mods that come as .zip folders should be extracted, then placed into Hytale\UserData\Mods
• Mods that come as .jar should just be placed straight into Hytale\UserData\Mods
• Make sure you then go to your world, right-click to edit, and enable the mods you want

Server:

• Mods that come as .zip folders should be extracted, then placed into Server\mods
• Mods that come as .jar should just be placed straight into Server\mods
