• The region system has been completely refactored to allow for future additions.
• A public API has been implemented that is easy for other mods to use.
• Permissions have been implemented.
• The region storage path has been changed to one that makes more sense.
• The commands have been completely refactored, and the use of certain methods marked as deprecated has been removed.
• A new WorldStructure and a new biome have been added for creating world plots.
• A plot management system has been added, although it is currently disabled.
