Updated the UDP receiver and updated the server version to avoid a warning.

Important Note: There is a new companion app version (version 0.1.2). This time, it is more important to update the app. If your companion app version is 0.1.1, it should notify you and launch its own updater. If you have 0.1.0, you will have to update via this link:

Changes:

• Now uses Netty
• size handler to handle oversized packets
• rate limiter to handle packet spam
• JSON parsing happens on a worker thread instead of udp receiver thread
• Also updated manifest.json to avoid mod out of date warning.

What's Next?

Server Side:

• Implement some sort of IP ban to drop frequent abusers of the UDP port as a first step in the process. The Netty implementation should make this easier. I also want to let server owners set the rate limit for face packets.
• I am also looking into potentially having the option to also use voice chat for mouth-open detection, so it syncs better with talking, and so users without the companion app still see a benefit from the plugin. I don't have a timeline for this currently.

Companion App Side

• On the companion app side, I want to implement the ability to create and edit multiple server profiles to make it easier to play on different servers with this plugin. (Not having to copy face Id, just change a dropdown in the app)
• Improve eye tracking to make it more consistent and smooth.
