Minimal changes.

Bugfix

  • The /rfe faceId, /rfe resetFaceId, and /rfe settings previously required permissions. This was not intended behavior, I just didn't notice before cause the first thing I did on my test worlds and server was /op self. The /rfe debug commands will remain with the operator permissions. They were mostly commands I was just using in early development anyway.
