🆕 Journal
• Journal now uses live page resolution
└ Quest detail dialog/objectives resolve page-by-page like the HUD
└ log: tags are no longer written or read; leftover tags are ignored
• Journal page is now determined by page resolution instead of hidden log mechanic

• Player list in the editor is now sorted by last seen
