🆕 Features
• Added NPC Portraits.

    └ Disabled by default (enable in config).
    └ Can be enabled/disabled per NPC.
    └ Uses PNG files located in:

        QuestLines/portraits/

    Naming
    └ Match NPC name using underscores.
        Example:
        Bandit Captain → Bandit_Captain.png

    Behavior
    └ Automatically assigns portrait if file exists.
    └ Falls back to skin portrait if none is provided.
    └ Can be overridden per page.

🖥 UI
• NPC menu fully rewritten.
    └ If Icons is installed, icons can now be managed via the UI.

⌨ Commands
• /ql create
    └ Now opens a fresh editor window for creating a new quest.

🐛 Fixes
• Fixed responses being removed.
• German translation improvements for crafting.
