• Copy Settings From... button on the region edit screen

• New /claim list UI showing every claim you own or are a member of.

• /claim import simpleclaims now imports per-party bonus chunks

• New ClaimsTransactionListener surface for rent/renew/buy/refund
└ charges, and the refund_on_reset config flag now actually
└ issues pro-rated refunds when a lease ends early.
