🔌 Compatibility
• Supports Hytale Update 6 and Update 7 - one jar runs on both.

🆕 Features
• Optional read-only web API for web maps and dashboards - turn on web_api_enabled in the config and Claims serves its rent and buy regions as JSON: owner, price, player listing, members, lease and whether the owner has been around this week.
• Every change of hands on a rent or buy region is now logged with its exact time - purchases, player-to-player sales, listings, sell-backs, admin reassignments, and leases starting, renewing, expiring and ending. The web API serves the log, so a site can show recent sales.
• The web API has its own page in /claim config: port, bind address, optional token, allowed browser origins, trusted proxies, a per-visitor rate limit, which region types it serves, and whether owner and member names are shown.
• Owners can sell a buy region back to the server for 75% of its price by default - change the share with sellback_percent in /claim config, or give one plot group its own with sellback_percent.<group>. Plots in a group, such as Spawn City lots, can always be sold back.
• A plot group with buy_group_limit.<group>=0 now says you cannot buy there yet, instead of claiming you already own 0 properties. Pair it with questlinesclaims.buy.limit.<group>.1 to unlock buying, e.g. from a quest.
• Claims on the world map - open the map (M) and every lot for sale or rent and every mine has its own labelled icon: green for sale, yellow for rent, teal for mines, blue for your own. The icons only appear while the map is open, so they never crowd the compass.
• Right-click a claim's icon for Info, plus whatever you can do with it: Buy, Rent, Manage lease, Manage, Open plot, and for staff Edit and Teleport. Each one closes the map and opens that claim's own page - the sale page, the Rent/Buy browser opened on that lot, the lease manager, the claim map or the region editor.
• Info shows a panel on the map with the claim's name, type, owner or price, size, lease time and its action buttons. For a player claim it also shows when the claim will be unclaimed by decay, counting from the last visit by the owner or any member.
• Player claims, admin regions and plots can get map icons too - each kind has its own switch on the new Map Markers tab in /claim config.
• New /plot unmerge splits the plot you stand on back off a merged plot-world holding, and /plot unmerge all splits every plot apart - also on the plot window's Manage tab. Anything left in pieces becomes separate holdings, each keeping the members, bans and visitor settings, and the border between the split plots is rebuilt from the world's road art, so it asks you to confirm first.
• Preview a plot in 3D before you rent or buy it - a View button on every Rent/Buy browser row, and a new pane on the sale page, show the lot as it stands now, with the claim's outline drawn in cyan and its build areas in yellow.
• The sale page has a Sell back button (with a confirm click) for the owner, and selling back from the Rent/Buy browser now pays out and shows the amount.
• The in-game docs are now available in German, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Russian - players see the page in their game language.

⚙ Changes
• Rent/Buy browser rows no longer rent or buy straight from the list - open a lot's View to take it after seeing it. The row button now only shows for Renew and Sell.

🐛 Fixes
• Claim Staff corner and vertex markers no longer spawn buried inside walls or terrain when reshaping a region on a built-up lot - they now sit in the first open air above their point, so they can be grabbed again.
• The Phantom claim border now draws on Hytale Update 7, which renamed its particle; saved border settings keep working on either version.

🧪 API
• New RegionEventListener and registerRegionEventListener, plus getRecentRegionEvents - other plugins hear about every rent/buy region change of hands, including sales between players and changes that move no money.
