Qolaxis 0.4.2 — a full hand, under water too

- Hand refill: when the stack in your hand runs out (the last block, bread or seed, a worn-out tool), the next stack of the same item moves into that slot. Single items you set down on purpose, like a Trash Bag, are not replaced. Switch: Hand refill in /qolconfig.
- Vein mining under water (with VeinMining mod): hold Walk or Crouch under water and veins break on every swing, not one in three. Switch: Vein mining under water in /qolconfig.
- With LifeCrops Automation, some chests had their top-left slots locked as if they were sprinklers or crop pots. Those slots open again and the chest sorts as usual.
- Item tooltips no longer go missing after some starts.
