Pufferfish Puff fix

I have made the pufferfish now have a puffup animation. Simplely get to close to them in adventure mode and they will inflate and swim away.

The pufferfish can now puff. In the future I would like them to deal damage and probably not just swim away while puffing or atleast swim slower like a real pufferfish.
