Adds a rechargeable Protection Totem to create temporary protected areas against griefing and unauthorized block usage.

This version is updated for Hytale 2026.02.18 and includes configurable recharge plus backward-compatibility improvements.

The Protection Totem can be crafted at the Crafting Table. When placed, it creates a protected area with configurable radius, where you control who can place, break, and use blocks.

Protection is time-based and rechargeable. The timer uses server date/time, so it keeps running even with no players online, unloaded chunks, or with the server offline.

Highlights:

Configurable recharge items (up to 2) via config/recharge-items.json.
Automatic default recharge config: Void Essence = 4 min and Voidheart = 12h.
Custom UI to view status, pause/resume protection, and manage trust.
Per-player permissions: place, break, and use.
Optional particle border to visualize protected area.
Entry/exit messages for protected zones.
No overlapping protections.
Automatic migration of legacy data and legacy claim import without overwriting current claims.

Config (Server Administrator):

/totem radius <16|32|64|128> sets the radius.
/totem maxclaims <1-5> limits how many protected areas each player can have.
/totem crafting <on|off> enables/disables crafting.
/totem trust ... manages permissions via command.
/preload reloads recharge items at runtime (no server restart required).

Note: When the totem is broken, remaining protection time can be preserved on the dropped item if it is picked up quickly by the same player.
