Several Major Balancing Changes

Several changes were made to potions to make them more practical and to incentivize their use in exploration mode.

Potion Duration:

• Updated Duration of Swiftness Potion: 1:30 (Old) -> 4:00 (New)
• Update Duration of Flameshield Potion: 3:00 (Old) -> 4:00 (New)

Crafting Costs:

• Swiftness Potion: 8 White Feathers,  3 Storm Thistles, 5 Storm Petals (Old) -> 3 Feathers,  1 Storm Thistle, 3 Storm Petals (New)
• Flameshield Potion: 10 Fire Essence, 5 Red Featherleaf, 3 Red Crystal Shards (Old) -> 10 Fire Essence, 1 Red Featherleaf, 1 Red Crystal Shard (New)
• Cloudfall Potion: 5 Wool Scraps, 5 Daisies, 5 White Feathers (Old) -> 5 Wool Scraps, 5 Daisies, 3 White Feathers (New)
• Stoneskin Potion: 2 Turnips, 10 Stone, 1 Iron Ingot (Old) -> 1 Turnip, 10 Stone, 1 Iron Ingot (New)
