Possessed Armor NPCs is a mod that currently adds 6 variants of Possessed Armor enemies that will spawn around the world during nighttime. It includes 5 normal enemies and a miniboss variant. They have a rather low spawn rate, but drop bars relative to what type of armor they are, as well as Linen Scraps and occasionally Void Essence.
