0.1.0 - first release.

• Private retention dashboard: players today, new vs returning, D1/D7 retention, returned-in-first-week, peak online, joins by hour, session length, languages, recent players.
• JSON API: /api/summary, /api/players, /api/health, protected by a per-install token.
• /playerbase command with the headline numbers (token shown to the console only).
• Append-only events.jsonl log; stats rebuilt at startup; crash recovery for open sessions.
