Phase's Simple Discord Rich Presence

Adding Discord Rich Presence to Hytale in a simple and light way!
What's new
- Presence now changes based on what you are doing
- The following actions trigger a change in the presence: Being AFK, Checking your Inventory/Crafting, Viewing the World Map, and riding anything!
- Presence now displays what biome/zone you are in!
- Presence sends a Hytale Notification when joining to let you know that the mod has connected successfully!
Sorry for taking so long to update, got really caught up with so much other stuff that I kind-of...forgot that I was working on an update for this.
