- /pets create - Admin-only command and UI to create and edit pet types (select type, Config key, Entity type, Display name, Rarity, Max level, Perks, Follow offset, and more)
- Scale per Pet Type - In config and /pets create: default scale, scale per level (checkbox), and scale per lvl value. Pet size uses effective scale from level
- Attack per Pet Type - In config and /pets create: damage, damage per level (checkbox), and damage per lvl value. Combat uses effective damage; shown in Pet Details (INFO)

- Ownership-Based Access - When usePerPetPermissions is enabled, players can use a pet type if they own at least one (from /pets add or admin UI), in addition to having the LuckPerms node. Having multiple of the same type (e.g. 2 Wolves) and transferring one away still grants access via the remaining pet

- Ability to toggle transfer on/off

- Permission Checks - Per-pet node checks now use PermissionsModule with the entity's UUID so LuckPerms and other PermissionProviders are queried correctly
