Makes the Penguins be able to to bellyslide, When running!
This changes the default Penguin running animation to use bellysliding animation when running or sprinting, mostly noticeable only on penguins and players morphed into penguins.
it doesn't have conditions builtin, so it should work on any surface as long as not floating in air etc.
