Peaceful Mode

Adds a Minecraft-like peaceful mode where mobs don't attack you even if you attack them.
What's new
- added the ability to add npcs to an exception list where these npcs will act normally, especially useful for npcs like cows where milking stops working because of the plugin.
- adding hostile npcs to the list will make them hostile towards you.
