1.3.0 - Hosted Telemetry Contributions - 2026-08-08

Added

  • Added an independent hosted Alec's Telemetry project for Patchwork. The runtime dependency is transitive for embedders, consent is project-scoped, and bounded generation/reload, lifecycle, error, performance, usage, stats, and report capabilities are descriptor-gated.
  • Added namespaced descriptor loading so Patchwork's telemetry project does not collide with a host mod's conventional Server/Telemetry/project.json.

Compatibility

  • Patchwork telemetry uses alecstelemetry-runtime:1.1.0; telemetry failures are swallowed after bounded warnings and never block Patchwork lifecycle or reload operations.
  • Contributed projects are hosted-only. Base-project ID collisions and live same-ID replacement/fallback promotion requires a server restart.
