New Feature: Partial Mines

 
Description: You can now declare specific coordinates to regenerate blocks! Good for custom maps or whatever design of a mine you want!
 
New commands:
- /mine partial <option> => general command for partial feature
  - /mine partial select <mineName> => selects a mine to apply the commands for by default
  - /mine partial add <x> <y> <z> => adds a set of coordinates to mine's list to regenerate. Note: must be inside the mine region!
  - /mine partial remove <x> <y> <z> | <index> => removes a set of coordinates either by the set of coordinates or index from the list.
  - /mine partial clear => removes entire list.
  - /mine partial list => shows the list of current coordinates to regenerate.
 
New Feature: Notifications
 
Description: When a new version of OrbisMines comes out, you can choose to get a notification (only admins) in-game! Off by default, but you can either enable to only display the version or together with the description!
 
New commands:
- /mine notifications <true/false> [--desc=true/false] => to display only the version! Secondarily you can enable as well description!
