Fixed

FLY flag behavior - OrbisGuard no longer enables flight when FLY flag is set to allow. It now only denies flight when explicitly set to deny, letting other plugins control flight permissions.

Flag placeholders - Fixed flag value placeholders for WiFlow's Scoreboard plugin integration.
