Admin Panel: New in-game UI accessible via
/orbisadmin status
- Hub page shows scheduler status and active event counts
- Browse events by tier: Sparks, Surges, and Upheavals
- Start and Stop any event directly from the panel
- Toggle the event scheduler on/off without commands (Random event spawner)
- Admin-triggered events bypass zone restrictions, spawn anywhere
- Trork War Party ambush now spawns near the triggering player
