Admin Panel: New in-game UI accessible via /orbisadmin status

  • Hub page shows scheduler status and active event counts
  • Browse events by tier: Sparks, Surges, and Upheavals
  • Start and Stop any event directly from the panel
  • Toggle the event scheduler on/off without commands (Random event spawner)
  • Admin-triggered events bypass zone restrictions, spawn anywhere
  • Trork War Party ambush now spawns near the triggering player
