Fixes updates remaining staged instead of reaching the mods directory on restart.

• Runtime data written by unrelated or required unpacked packs, including shutdown saves, no longer invalidates prepared updates. Inventory checks now compare artifact presence and manifests instead of every byte of every installed pack.
• Full integrity checks remain for each selected original, staged download, backup and the server JAR. Changed manifests and added/removed mods still require review and restaging.
• Enabling early updates after preparing the queue preserves pending operations when the plugin installs its own early copy. The exact addition is checked without accepting unrelated inventory changes.
• Diagnostics show the affected folder and added, removed or changed artifact names. Early startup logs identify the applicator version and operation IDs.
