Neutrino v0.7.1

  • Added runtime config support for freecam permission behavior (UsePermissionBehavior)
  • Added /freecamconfig (/fcc) admin command
  • Added /freecamconfig usepermissionbehavior <true|false> subcommand
  • Introduced/standardized permission nodes under neutrino.command.*
  • /freecam now supports two modes:
    • default open access
    • permission-enforced access when UsePermissionBehavior is enabled
