Permission checks, access diagnostics and Hytale 0.7.5 compatibility.

• Fixed internal permission checks treating unspecified permissions as granted. Hytale's boolean argument sets the default result; it does not enable recursive lookup.
• Preserved explicit, inherited, wildcard and custom use permissions while respecting explicit denials.
• Fixed misleading logging: missing use permission and missing purchased access now produce separate warnings.
• Missing-permission warnings now include the configured permission node and player UUID.
• Verified compatibility with Hytale 0.7.5; the manifest accepts the tested 0.7.4 to 0.7.5 range.
• Existing permission names, configuration version and stored items remain unchanged.

If /nb is denied: neobag.use (or your configured use permission) controls permission access. If buy_system.neobuysystem is true, a valid purchase is also required via /nb buy. Permissions alone do not unlock purchased access. The old generic missing permission warning in 1.1.7 did not distinguish these cases.
