This license governs the use of MysticVanish, including but not limited to
its source code, compiled binaries, documentation, configuration files,
examples, snippets, assets, build scripts, APIs, and related materials,
collectively referred to as the "Software."

This Software is proprietary and source-available only if the copyright holders
choose to publish or share any portion of the source code. It is not open source,
free software, public domain software, or a permissive license.

1. Ownership

Alphine, Hyzion Studios, and Krystian Carter retain all ownership rights,
copyright rights, title, and interest in and to the Software.

No ownership rights are transferred by this license.

2. Permitted Server Use

Server owners and server operators are permitted to install and run the compiled
MysticVanish mod/plugin on game servers, including servers that generate revenue,
provided that the Software itself is not sold, sublicensed, redistributed,
modified, reverse engineered, copied into another project, or used outside the
permissions granted by this license.

Permitted server monetization includes, but is not limited to:

- paid ranks;
- donations;
- cosmetic purchases;
- server subscriptions;
- in-game shops;
- marketplace systems;
- server access fees;
- other lawful server monetization models.

This permission only applies to normal use of the compiled MysticVanish
mod/plugin as part of a running server.

3. No Commercial Use of Code

You may not use the Software's source code, snippets, structure, logic,
architecture, APIs, assets, configuration examples, documentation, or any
derivative portion of the Software for commercial purposes without prior written
authorization from Alphine, Hyzion Studios, or Krystian Carter.

Prohibited commercial uses include, but are not limited to:

- selling the Software or modified versions of the Software;
- selling a plugin, mod, product, library, or service based on the Software;
- including any part of the Software in a paid product;
- using any part of the Software in a commissioned project;
- using any part of the Software in a marketplace product;
- using any part of the Software in a paid or monetized software package;
- using any part of the Software to provide paid development services;
- using any part of the Software in a competing vanish, staff, utility, or
  administration product.

4. No Competition or Contest Use

You may not use the Software, source code, snippets, design, architecture,
assets, documentation, or derivative portions of the Software in any competition,
contest, bounty, challenge, hackathon, modding contest, plugin contest, game jam,
showcase, or similar event without prior written authorization.

This restriction applies whether or not the competition offers prizes, money,
public ranking, promotional value, marketplace placement, or other benefits.

5. No Unauthorized Copying or Snippet Use

You may not copy, extract, reuse, adapt, translate, port, modify, or incorporate
any part of the Software's source code, snippets, logic, architecture, file
structure, package structure, comments, APIs, or assets into another project
without prior written authorization.

This applies even to small snippets.

Viewing, reading, or accessing the Software does not grant permission to reuse
any portion of it.

6. No Redistribution

You may not redistribute, reupload, mirror, share, publish, resell, sublicense,
or otherwise distribute the Software or modified versions of the Software without
prior written authorization.

This includes redistribution through:

- GitHub or other code hosting platforms;
- Discord;
- CurseForge;
- Modrinth;
- BuiltByBit;
- SpigotMC;
- forums;
- file-sharing services;
- private marketplaces;
- server setup packages;
- modpacks, unless separately authorized;
- any other public or private distribution channel.

7. Subscriptions and Authorized Access

Access to the Software, source code, updates, premium builds, private builds,
or development versions may require an active subscription, purchase, license
key, or written authorization.

If your subscription, license, or authorization ends, you must stop using any
parts of the Software that were only made available under that subscription,
license, or authorization unless written permission states otherwise.

You may not bypass, remove, disable, tamper with, or avoid any license check,
subscription check, authentication system, update restriction, or access control
used by the Software.

8. Modification Restrictions

You may not modify, fork, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or create
derivative works from the Software without prior written authorization.

Server owners may edit normal configuration files provided with the compiled
Software for the purpose of running MysticVanish on their own server.

Configuration editing does not grant permission to modify source code, bypass
license checks, or create derivative software.

9. Server Setup and Hosting Use

A server owner may use MysticVanish on a server that earns money.

A server setup creator, marketplace seller, hosting provider, freelancer, or
commissioned developer may not include MysticVanish in a paid server setup,
paid hosting package, paid configuration package, paid modpack, or paid service
unless they have written authorization.

10. API Use

If MysticVanish provides a public API, other plugins or mods may interact with
that API only through the documented public API methods.

API access does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, port, reimplement,
decompile, or reuse MysticVanish source code, internal logic, private classes,
or protected systems.

11. Attribution

You may not remove, alter, obscure, or misrepresent copyright notices, license
notices, author credits, branding, package names, or ownership statements
included with the Software.

You may not claim that you created MysticVanish or any unauthorized derivative
work based on MysticVanish.

12. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any
kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alphine, Hyzion Studios, and Krystian
Carter disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties
of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement,
availability, compatibility, and error-free operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alphine, Hyzion Studios, and Krystian
Carter shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the
Software.

This includes but is not limited to damages for server downtime, data loss,
lost revenue, lost profits, security issues, player loss, business interruption,
or compatibility issues.

14. Termination

Any violation of this license automatically terminates your rights to use the
Software.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Software and delete all
copies in your possession or control, including source code, compiled builds,
modified versions, snippets, and derivative works.

Termination does not limit the copyright holders' right to pursue enforcement,
damages, injunctive relief, takedown requests, or other remedies.

15. Written Authorization

Any permission not expressly granted by this license requires prior written
authorization from Alphine, Hyzion Studios, or Krystian Carter.

Written authorization may be granted through a signed agreement, official license
key, private contract, subscription terms, or another written method approved by
the copyright holders.

16. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted in this license are reserved by Alphine,
Hyzion Studios, and Krystian Carter.

The absence of a restriction in this license does not imply permission.
