MovesetSwitcher lets you swap the combat animations (moveset) of any weapon in Hytale through an intuitive in-game menu. Want your Void Sword to swing like a Mace? Your modded katana to use Spear animations? Just open the menu, pick a style, and fight.
Description
In-Game Moveset Menu
Open the menu with the /moveset command while holding any weapon.
Browse and select from all available fighting styles
Universal weapon compatibility
Works with all weapons in the game, both original and modified.
Smart Moveset Filtering
By default, the menu shows only your weapon's native style plus any custom mod movesets, keeping the list clean and relevant.
Toggle the "VANILLA" button at the bottom to reveal all base game fighting styles if you want full access.
How to Use
Hold a weapon in your hand.
Type /moveset in the chat.
Select a fighting style from the list.
Done! Your weapon now uses the new moveset.
To restore your weapon's original style, simply select its default moveset from the list.
Technical Details
The saved data for weapons with the new movesets is stored in Mods/moveset_variants.txt alongside the plugin's JAR file.
Fully compatible with other weapon mods: Movesets from any mod are automatically detected and listed.
