Big Spawn Rework!

Bugmen are no longer permanently in the world. This means at all times a bugman will appear near a Player, give or take. If Player does not interact and leaves the Spawn area of the bugman, the bugman will eventually pack up its store and wander off, (despawn). Bugman will be able to spawn in all zones, all biomes. 

Good luck trying to find this little bugger in the jungle!
