More Dyes is coming to Hytale! This is an early port of the Minecraft mod, and a lot more is planned. Some of the code was written with the assistance of AI. The original mod was written by a friend and me.
More Dyes adds 118 new colors to Hytale. Right now each color comes in dyed stone, logs, planks and wool, which is 472 blocks so far. Dyed logs keep their natural bark on the sides and show the color in their rings, and dyed planks can be crafted from dyed logs at the Builder's Bench.
For now the blocks are available from the creative menu. Search for a color's hex code (for example E57F6C) to find it.
**Coming next:** dye items and recipes, dye trees and flowers out in the world, and more blocks that can be dyed.
I'm open to suggestions for naming the colors. Right now they are all labeled with their hex code.
**Installing:** unzip the pack into your Hytale UserData/Mods folder, then turn on More Dyes for a world in the Worlds menu. On a server, players don't need to install anything; the server sends the pack to them.
