adds 3 New Chests Upgrades to Hytale

1. Thorium Chests:
Small Has 3 Rows (27 Slots)
Large Has 5 Rows (45 Slots)

2. Cobalt Chests:
Small Has 4 Rows (36 Slots)
Large Has 6 Rows (54 Slots)

3. Adamntite Chests:
Small Has 5 Rows (45 Slots)
Large Has 7 Rows (63 Slots)

I Wont be adding any larger due to the Gui Size, any more than 7 rows the gui expands off my screen but in the files there are Textures for Mihtirl Chests.
