[+] Added HStats support - You can opt out by toggling telemetryOptOut in the config
[+] Added debugMode setting (There is currently next to zero debug logs but this is for future reasons)
Changed /sadmin debug-spawner <location> to have location be optional - Will get the spawner you are looking at (depth of 10) if no location is specified (also added /sadmin debug as an alias)
Changed the way the spawn radius overlays are drawn (no more wireframe view)
Did some optimizations with spawning logic (thanks to Advocaite for the suggestions)
As of this version (1.5.0) you will now require DynamicToolTipsLib until Hytale adds native support for dynamic tooltips and names
