Hytale Update 7 Compatibility & NPC Catalog Update

• Added full compatibility with Hytale Server 0.7.x (Update 7).
• Successfully tested on Hytale Server 0.7.1.
• Updated the supported server version range to >=0.7.0 <0.8.0.
• Expanded the collection from 266 to 270 Spawn Eggs.
• Reviewed the current Hytale 0.7.1 NPC Role catalog and removed EntityIds that are no longer present in the game assets.
• Removed the obsolete Goblin_Hermit, Goblin_Ogre, Goblin_Scavenger and Spectre_Void Spawn Eggs.
• Added 8 current Hytale NPCs:
  • Goblin Guardian
  • Goblin Burner
  • Goblin Glutton
  • Feastmaster
  • Goblin Makinomagistra
  • Voidtaken Grizzly
  • Revenant Guardian
  • Void Spectre
• Assigned every new Spawn Egg to the existing MobSpawnEggs category system with the correct category-specific egg color.
• Kept the existing Creative Library category layout unchanged.
• Verified the Direct Spawn system against Hytale Server 0.7.1.
• Spawn Eggs continue to be consumed only after Hytale confirms a successful native NPC spawn.
• NPCs rejected by Hytale's native spawn validation do not consume the Spawn Egg.
• Updated all 8 bundled languages with names for the new Spawn Eggs and removed obsolete translation keys.
• Updated plugin manifest, metadata, version information and documentation.
• Includes 270 Spawn Eggs, regional language fallback support and configurable logging with log retention.
