Fixed an issue with skill hud swapping position when quest hud hides
Added Skill Hud and Quest Hud default positions in config.json
Skill positions: left/right 1|2
Quest positions: left/far_left/right/far_right

Added an auto hide/show on Quest hud when no quests are active or when you activate quest. (Can disable in config.json)
