Fixed /skillhud quest(s) not always enabling when retriggered. 

PartyPro compatibility has been found. Settings will depend on how long your server takes to load the player in but there is a config.json setting that must be changed.

In PartyPro config.json
  "hudInitDelay": 500,
You must increase the delay it takes to start the hud for PartyPro. My local server, it worked at 8000. My dedicated server im at 15000. Just to give you an idea.

I've also added that option to SkillHud
  "hudInitDelay": 6000,

I've noticed as long as there is a good amount of time between Skillhud showing and Partypro Showing, Partypro shouldnt kick the player out. Have Skillhud show first. Wait some seconds then have PartyPro show 2nd is what worked for me
