Added a Layout section for precise hud movements
Added /skillhud toggle/hud/hide (Toggles Skill+Quest Hud on/off)
Added "Loadouts" to save and apply.
Fixed a couple misc issues

In the HUDs menu, moving Skill/Quest huds position to left or right does make some odd movements to the other hud. Just go to layouts and adjust to your liking.
