Adds Minecraft-like chat formatting for players. Supports §, & and Custom colors.

Supported game versions

- Added support for the default/vanilla /echo command.

- The /echo override can be disabled in the configuration.

- Added new command /colorecho (alias: /cecho). Functions the same as /echo and is provided as an alternative in case.

- /colorecho can require the permission minechatformatter.echo (configuration).
