First Join Event & Configure Self Healing v0.1.3

  • Fixed bug where welcome banner wasn't running when a player first joins a server.
  • Added ability for self healing and updating for the config file when structure changes happen.
  • Changed config file structure to add first join specific customizations.
  • Added New Player Server Announcement feature ( Default False/Off)

Notes: In game commands were not created at this time for these new config areas as future updates will migrate will utilize UI.
