New Features:
- Added on-screen titles when entering a territory. Has a cooldown for re-entering the same zone.
- Added command to set a custom subtitle alongside each on-screen title. Customized per territory.
Fixes:
- Fixed rename command only adjusting the display name and not the data-saved one.
- Fixed issues with map overlays not updating consistently away from spawn.
- Made - and _ save interchangeably and more consistent.
- Improved map updating performance in general, notably for larger zones.
- Renamed several commands to be more clear and consistent.
