Initial release of Mana Staves.
Adds the craftable Arcane Focus and Mana powered support for Fire and Ice Staves. Supported abilities use Hytale's native Mana system while the Focus is equipped and automatically fall back to elemental essence when Mana runs low.
Includes configurable Mana costs, permission support, and compatibility with Hytale's native stamina, durability, Mana regeneration, and stat systems.
