Made it so the Tesla Coil can act as a short range wireless transmission of energy (5 blocks).

Added some compat layers for MnM Forge making them able to be more compatable (neither act as a dependency, both can run standalone, but now they work better together).

Made it so you can set a maximum on the vacuum range.

Tried to alleviate the 2 unsolvable issues that came with update 5 (both are still not solved obviously, but you should see irregular grouped entities be unrendered less and should have less problems with carry logic on moving vehicles, though they are both still problems that simply cannot be fixed afaik due to no client control).
