BlockState reliance is now entirely gone (aka no more depreciated functions are in use), this means you will have to replace any blocks from the previous 2 mod versions, however it means that unless there are any drastic hytale server jar changes this breaking of previous update stuff will not happen again.

Visual fixes for Held Items

Visual fixes for Mechanical Bearings when placed North/South/East/West (was already working fine when placed Up/Down), there's still a slight visual issue when a block is parallel facing (compared to the mechanical bearing) however it's not very drastic and a fix will come in a future update (will require a rewrite in how the visuals for mechanical bearings work).

Updated some maximum value amounts like parchment being 1 instead of 100, singularity being 25 instead of 1, etc.
