Love Living Sparks? Wish you could snatch them up and take them home with you, maybe with a little added resource farming on the side? Well, this is the mod for you!
🔥Loving Sparks🔥
The biggest thing added in this mod is its namesake - the Loving Sparks! Instead of the usual green flames, these little guys have orange ones. They spawn in all the same places as normal Living Sparks, so keep an eye out for them when you're deep in volcanic caves or exploring the surface of the Devastated Lands!

Unlike normal Living Sparks, these ones can be lured, tamed, captured, and farmed to passively generate Fire Essence for all your Fire Essence needs!
🔥How Do You Do That?🔥
[ Capture Crate vs. Sturdy Capture Crate ]
In order to catch a Loving Spark, you're going to need a new item: the Sturdy Capture Crate! It can be made at a Farmer's Workbench using 4 Burnt Logs, 50 Essence of Life, and 25 Essence of Fire. It works the same as a normal Capture Crate, able to yoink any mobs the normal one can, plus the Loving Sparks so you can relocate them anywhere you'd like!
... And one other vanilla mob that I included as a silly easter egg.
If you only need to move them a short distance (or don't have a Sturdy Capture Crate on hand), you can lead a gaggle of Loving Sparks by holding Charcoal or Burnt Logs. You can also tame a Loving Spark by feeding it either of these items!
If you're having trouble getting them to like you, be patient! Stand back about 5 blocks away, pull out their desired item, then approach the Spark slowly. Once it's alerted, it will jump and make a noise. Just stand still until the heart particles appear, then it'll approach you on its own!

🔥What Do You Do With Them?🔥
Now that you're able to relocate your Loving Spark, you can set them down anywhere you like! Put them in your house as a cute, squeaky little pet, or farm them using this mod's second new item: the Spark Coop!
[ Chicken Coop vs. Spark Coop ]
The Spark Coop is also made at a Farmer's Workbench using 20 Burnt Logs, 50 Essence of Life, 25 Essence of Fire, and 10 Plant Fiber. It works the same as a Chicken Coop does for chickens, but with Loving Sparks!
If a Loving Spark is in range of a Spark Coop after 7pm, they'll go inside to rest for the night! After a cozy little nap (with up to 5 friends!), they'll come out again at 6am, leaving you a gift! Each Loving Spark that gets a good night's sleep will leave you 1 Fire Essence in the morning, making for a good way to passively farm crafting materials or ammo for a Fire Crystal Staff!

🔥How to Install🔥
I'm not quite sure how to make proper JSON / JAR files yet (which I think interferes with downloading this directly to the game through Forge), but to make the mod work, download the zip folder and unzip its contents into C:\Users\(USER)\AppData\Roaming\Hytale\UserData\Saves\(WORLD)\mods. Sounds shady, but I promise I'm not smart enough to make malware. <3
