Layslegend4s Shield Health

Ever wondered why shields don't give you health? Well now they do in a simple and balanced way without conflicting with other shield mods. Each Shield gives health starting at 5 hp caping at 50 hp for now. Some of the shields will need other mods to use because they aren't in the base game yet.
