New Features

• Per-Player Language: All achievement UI, HUD, and commands respect the player's chosen language
• Language Dropdown: Built into the Achievement Settings page
• Settings Page i18n: All 13 static labels (title, section headers, field labels, hints, buttons) are now fully translatable
• EndlessLeveling Integration: 5 new achievement trigger types with polling-based tracking:
• endless_level — Character level reached
• endless_xp — Cumulative XP threshold
• endless_skill_level — Skill attribute level (e.g. STRENGTH:5)
• endless_race — Race selected
• endless_class — Class selected
• Catch-Up on Join: Already reached milestones are automatically awarded when a player connects
• 10 Languages: Full localization (1507+ keys per language)
